2.5 Google Analytics

Just in Time Virtual Assistant collects browse statistics from this site to track traffic patterns via Google Analytics. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand and better serve our users. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. Our data is deleted after 38 months automatically.

3. Retention and deletion

3.1 Automated unsubscribe

At the bottom of every email sent by Just in Time Virtual Assistant, you will see an ‘unsubscribe’ link. This instantly stops all automated communications to you from Just in Time Virtual Assistant, including support for paid products & services.

3.2 Manual unsubscribe

If you are a client of Just in Time Virtual Assistant and we have a working relationship, hitting unsubscribe does not cease communications, particularly if we are mid-project. These communications are 1:1, normal-type between professionals and stop at completion of project.

3.3 Right to be forgotten
